Christopher D. Briglia, PE, CME*, is the owner and president of the company and his experience in the Civil Engineering field has spanned over 23 years.

His background includes civil land use (site & subdivision design) engineering and municipal engineering.  He has been involved with management for the construction of many projects for municipal and private sector clients over the years.  His experience includes the preparation of engineering documents associated with capitol improvement projects, road improvement projects, site plans, subdivisions and various municipal projects. His experience also includes the preparation of local government Ordinances.

Mr. Briglia has also been responsible for fire suppression system design certification and has assisted in the design of a small airport.

Mr. Briglia has made many presentations and provided testimony as an expert witness before New Jersey Township Committees, Planning Boards, Zoning Boards, Health Departments, County Planning Departments and the New Jersey State Appellate Court.

Mr. Briglia has experience in assisting the Municipal Engineer of record for the Town of Phillipsburg (1993 - 1995), the Townships of Lopatcong ('93'-'95'), Greenwich ('93'-'95' & 2001-'04'), Franklin ('01'-'04'), Independence ('01'-'04'), Harmony ('01'-'04'), Readington (Hunterdon County, '96'-'99') and Mount Olive (Morris County, '93'-'95'); all in the state of New Jersey.

Mr. Briglia represented the Zoning Board, Planning Board and Committee for the Township of Liberty in Warren County, New Jersey from 2002 - 2004. Within his first year of his appointment with Liberty Township, Mr. Briglia had successfully obtained over $300,000.00 of State grant funds for local road improvement projects.
