Point to ponder……

Many people who purchase land in hopes of developing it often take the advise of their purchasing agents when it comes to their proposed development plans.

The buyer/developer should also consult a civil engineer, land surveyor, land planner and architect before purchasing the property.  It is well worth the expense to the buyer in the future during the approval process for the construction permits.  In some cases the buyer may even find that development of the property  they're interested in wouldn't be possible.
