Engineering design & drawings:
BCE has over 23 years in preparing civil land development engineering drawings, plans and designs. Areas of expertise include but are not limited to the design and preparation of site plans, subdivision plans, Department of Transportation application drawings, Department of Environmental Protection application drawings and plot plans . These plans would include the design of roads, storm sewer systems, sanitary sewer systems, building lot layout and grading and other site features necessary to produce complete engineering and construction plans.
Engineering reports and studies:
The preparation of site plans, subdivision plans and plot plans often includes a host of design reports and studies to supplement the plans and validate them. These reports would include hydrologic studies, drainage system design reports, environmental impact reports and sanitary sewer system design reports just to name a few.
